Hurricane IKE update: No classes in CFBC until power is restored

Katy classes continue and CFBC members are encouraged to join us in Katy for classes, but CFBC has locked down their campus due to lack of power because of IKE. So, until power is restored to CFBC, we wont have classes there. Please pray that power is restored for classes next Monday. Look here for further updates as Mr. Denny’s internet and power are down at his house.

No classes July 3rd or July 7th

There will be no classes July 3rd and July 7th at CFBC or the corresponding classes in Katy because of July 4th weekend.

There will be a change in schedule for CFBC classes from July 14th:

The class will combine both black belt and color belt classes.
The class will start at 6pm instead of 6:30pm
Class will run longer to 7:30 or 7:45

See you at class July 10th for CFBC
and the corresponding day for Katy.

[ HITT ] Gear Update

Fellow HITT Instructors and Coaches;

The HITT as with all ITF tournaments is committed to safety of our competitors. Of particular concern is the type and style of hand and foot safety equipment. The foot gear must cover the toes and the hand gear must cover the fingers. Hand equipment with exposed fingers and thumbs and/or foot equipment with exposed toes may, at the discretion of the center referee, be disallowed. Additionally, the HITT host Champion Forest Baptist Church requires that ALL COMPETITORS wear protective head gear. Again please ensure your competitors have the proper safety equipment.
